Project Management

The Client Representative (CR) acts as the primary point of contact to ensure his/her Client’s interests, needs and requirements (time, cost, scope/deliverables, and quality) are met by third parties. Client Representatives provide high-level information on assurance, resource allocation and professional advisory duties during project planning activities.

This service is tailored to provide the client with 1st hand information by representing the client on the Project Board, attend all site meetings, monitor all procurement items as well as other installation items and issue Highlight Reports at agreed regular intervals. It usually allows SAVANT to advise, take and make technical and crucial decisions as agreed on behalf of the client at any given time on the project.

Project Assurance Management (PAM) is a project monitoring process that provides onsite services to Clients to ensure that all contractors abide and follow strictly to the approved specifications, requirements and procedures as issued by the Client during execution.

The Project Assurance Management role ensures that the commitments between the client and other vendors are met at every stage of the project prior to disbursement of further funds. It involves monitoring the project deliverables against defined objectives in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, security, environment and business case so as to ensure the adequate optimization of returns on investment.
